The 5 bedroom + den house is located at the end of a quiet cul de sac with a ski-in trail from Whistler Mountain finishing literally in the extensive backyard.

A complete refurbishment was completed in December 2017 and includes all new furniture & linens, upgraded AV system with 120” TV & Sonos sound throughout, along with new paint and art throughout the house.

The house features views from every window & deck over Whistler Valley and the surrounding forest and is the perfect combination of proximity to Whistler Village but also offering the feeling of being in the wilderness.

The red cedar post & beam construction combine perfectly with the recent refurbishment to provide a rustic mountain home feel together with all the mod cons that one would expect from a modern day luxury home.The 5 bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms. The den has a queen bed, but does not have its own bathroom.

Other features of the house include wood burning fireplace in living room with extensive views, 2nd lounge/sitting area off the kitchen, large and private yard/garden with private outdoor hot tub, lower level has games room with billiard table, bar area and 120” projection TV with wrap around couch, mud room with cubbies for gear, ski boot room and boot heaters in garage.
