A secondary family room, which can be closed off, is perfect for secluding children or catching the big game. It features an additional gas fireplace and a 75” television. This space can be transformed into a fifth bedroom with an optional queen sofa bed for extra guests.

On the upper level, you'll find four inviting bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and vaulted ceilings that create a sense of openness and brightness. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a walk-in shower, a soaker tub with captivating mountain and golf course views, a gas fireplace, television, and access to a sizable rear-facing patio shared with the third bedroom.

The second master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, large front-facing windows for natural light, a television, and an ensuite with a bath/shower combination. The third bedroom provides a queen bed with enchanting views of the golf course and mountains, along with a shared patio with the master bedroom and a full ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and another ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The residence is equipped with central and in-floor heating, air conditioning during the summer, surround sound, automated blinds, and more for your comfort and security. The well-finished garage can accommodate two small to mid-size vehicles, and there's space for an additional two vehicles in the driveway. You'll also find ample storage for skis, snowboards, and outdoor gear in the heated garage with boot heaters. Please note that street parking is not permitted in this area.

Ideally situated on Whistler's prestigious Street of Dreams, overlooking the renowned Nicklaus North Golf Course, this home is just steps away from the Valley trail – a popular network of walking, running, and biking paths that connect all of Whistler.
