As you step through the custom copper door, it's immediately apparent that this exceptional residence stands in a class of its own. The open-concept first floor invites guests to embark on their preferred journey: relax in the grand living room beside a warm gas fireplace, savor the state-of-the-art chef's kitchen, dine with up to sixteen of your closest friends at a bespoke marble table, or unwind in the private whisky room or wine bar. For those seeking quiet moments, this level also offers a private office, lounge, and outdoor entertainment space.

Descending one level, you'll find a charming study and play area, which leads to a child's dream space – three oversized queen-over-queen bunk beds, a TV, bean bag chairs, and ample room for play and bonding with friends.

Moving down another level, you'll discover four more bedrooms, including two master bedrooms, one of which boasts its own private office. Each room offers breathtaking mountain views, deck access, and ensuite bathrooms.

Finally, on the fourth level (the lowest floor), a world of entertainment awaits. You'll have access to your private gym, an expansive hammam steam room, a pool table, ping pong, and a full bar. Outside, on this ground-level floor, unwind after a busy day in the avant-garde container pool and jacuzzi hot tub, offering wooded views of the valley below.

Bedroom configuration:

UPPER LEVEL Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a beautiful king bed with an ensuite shower and bathtub as well as a private patio with 2 day lounge beds.

Bedroom 2: Second master bedroom situated next to the master. It has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom that has a shower and bath with private patio access.

Bedroom 3: Located at the end of the corridor the room has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom that has a shower and bath and private patio access.

Bedroom 4: Very large room with a king bed, ensuite bathroom with a shower and is located next to bedroom 3.

MID LEVEL

Bedroom 5: Located on its own level this bunk bed room has 6 queen beds with a spacious ensuite bathroom that has a shower and a bath.

LOWER LEVEL

Bedroom 6: Has a king bed and 2 twins and is tucked away down on the lower level for ultimate privacy with an ensuite bathroom and shower. Enjoy private access to the pool, hot tub and backyard

Bedroom 7: Has a king bed and is connected with Bedroom 6 (walk through bedroom 6 to exit the rooms into the rec room) They share the same bathroom. Option for one of these rooms to use the large shower with a steam function located in the rec room just off these bedrooms.

.5 bedroom: This hybrid office space has a twin bed, large window and connects to bedroom 2. It has its own private entrance leading from the hallway and shares a bathroom with bedroom 2.
