This generously sized four-bedroom executive residence is situated in a highly coveted ski-in, ski-out enclave within the picturesque Blackcomb Benchlands.

With ample space spanning 4,000 square feet, and a host of spa-like amenities, this all-season retreat accommodates groups of up to 8 guests.

As you enter, a grand foyer beckons you into a remarkably spacious open-concept living and dining area. The sun-drenched living room boasts floor-to-ceiling vaulted windows and a substantial seating area around a stone gas fireplace, creating a warm and inviting ski chalet atmosphere, while offering breathtaking views of the forested mountains.

An expansive chef's kitchen is fully equipped for all your festive entertaining needs. It features a professional-grade stainless steel fridge with an ice maker, a six-burner gas range with an integrated griddle, a Thermidor convection oven, and a microwave. For coffee aficionados, there are various options, including a Vertuo (small pod) Nespresso machine and a Breville espresso machine with a grinder and milk frother. The generously sized central granite island with bar seating for three keeps guests engaged while an optional private chef prepares your meals.

The formal dining space comfortably accommodates eight guests, and two additional guests or children can join at the dining room bar, which is complete with an extra bar fridge and wine fridge. On warm summer evenings, outdoor sectional seating expands your entertainment areas.

Upstairs, you'll find a spacious master suite with a king bed, a dressing room, and an expansive en suite bathroom. The en suite features a walk-in shower that also doubles as a steam room for two, a large relaxing soaker bath, a separate water closet, and dual vanity. A second master bedroom on this level offers a choice of a king bed or two twin beds and an en suite with a combined bath and shower.

The lower level hosts two additional bedrooms, both with flexible king/twin bedding options, en suite bathrooms, smart televisions, and garden patio access to the hot tub area. One bedroom has an en suite with a bath and shower combo, while the other offers a walk-in shower.

The lower level also features an entertainment area, perfect for unwinding and relaxation. An oversized, incredibly comfortable sectional sofa surrounds a 65-inch Samsung flat smart TV, making it an ideal spot to watch the game or keep the children entertained. A custom eight-person poker table is a central focal point for adults, accompanied by a convenient wet bar and bar fridge.

The home's spa-like amenities include an outdoor sunken hot tub on the backyard terrace, a 4-5 person steam room and shower, and a separate bathroom/change room with a walk-in shower. There is also covered seating on the lower level by the sunken backyard hot tub.

This home offers numerous features, including a professional office adjacent to the foyer, ideal for those who need to work while on holiday. It includes an executive desk, printer/scanner, Bose Bluetooth speakers, and a cozy gas fireplace, all discreetly tucked behind French doors. Other amenities include a heated driveway, central heating and air conditioning, central vacuum, high-speed Wi-Fi, parking for one vehicle in the garage, and room for an additional 3-4 cars in the driveway. The garage is equipped with ski storage and a boot heater, along with extra storage for outdoor adventure gear.

For skiing enthusiasts, ski-in access is just a few doors down, and a free shuttle that runs every 15 minutes is only a short walk away. Alternatively, a ski-out trail via the Aspens is approximately a 6-minute walk. During the summer months, you're steps away from the Fairmont Golf Course (with three more in the area), five local lakes, Valley Trail access, and a plethora of family-friendly activities to enjoy.
