The upper level's open-concept living area and primary entertainment space are adorned with a blend of plush furnishings, such as generous sectional sofas, sumptuous area rugs, and cozy accents, all set against a backdrop of rich wood textures and warm, natural stone finishes. The media room showcases custom burnt Cypress millwork, a 65” smart TV, a wet bar, and a secondary patio, offering the perfect space for movie nights, socializing with guests, or lounging on the oversized down-filled sofa.


The primary suite, secluded on the upper level, boasts a private patio with wooded views of the valley trail. The room exudes a romantic atmosphere with sheer curtains, a plush area rug, an upholstered king bed, a framed smart TV, and a walk-in closet. The spacious ensuite bathroom combines light stone and flat-cut oak wood finishes, featuring a luxurious soaker bathtub, a double vanity with grey Caesar stone countertops, and a steam shower.


The main entry level accommodates two spacious bedrooms, each offering ample closet space. One of these bedrooms features a custom double over double bunk bed, suitable for accommodating 2 adults or up to 4 children, a garden patio, and a separate full bath with a shower. The second bedroom offers an upholstered queen-sized bed, an attached ensuite, and a walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a second media room and a versatile flex space with a custom sliding barn-style door, custom millwork, and a plethora of entertainment options, making it a haven for kids with a 65-inch smart TV, PlayStation, games, and toys.


Access to the main residence is through the finished two-car garage, conveniently connected to the mudroom and laundry room, providing ample storage space for your outdoor clothing, ski equipment, and gear.


This remarkable home is equipped with features like in-floor radiant heating, air conditioning, humidity control, and smart home amenities, including Wi-Fi, Nest, Sonos, and built-in speakers throughout the primary entertaining level and patio. After a day of outdoor adventures, unwind in the spacious backyard hot tub.


For guests traveling with multiple families or older children, there is a separate two-bedroom suite accessible through the garage. This suite offers comfort and includes two additional queen bedrooms, a shared full bathroom, and additional laundry facilities. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space boasts a picturesque woodland view and features the same warm finishes, complemented by 10-foot ceilings.


Please note that all renters must be at least 28 years old or part of a family group. The home can accommodate a maximum of 10 adults and 2 children.


Please also note that all reservations during the festive season (Christmas and New Year) require a minimum stay of 7 nights for one holiday or 14 nights for both holidays. Arrival or departure dates during this time will be on December 27th or 28th.
