VIP's Event Planning Philosophy:
Our philosophy is that you know your company and we know Whistler. Allow us to take care of all the logistics while you focus on the content of your meeting. The general idea is that you tell us what you're looking for and we'll make it happen. Alternatively you can give us some guidelines and ask us to come up with some creative ideas.
Our goal is to facilitate the planning and execution of your meeting and to generally make you, the meeting planner, look like a superstar.
We have 10 years experience in arranging conferences in Whistler and have dealt with groups varying in size from 10 to 1000. Some of our past creative ideas have included:

- team building hockey game
- scavenger hunts
- backcountry picnics
- and many more!
We have access to all the conference facilities in the resort and can take care of everything to do with your event including accommodation, conference venues/facilities, transportation, registration, website design, restaurants, and non-meeting activities. We live in Whistler, only do Whistler and know everything about Whistler. We offer one-stop shopping so make it easy on yourself and let us do all the work for you.
We will also provide your delegates with VIP destination service while they are here. They essentially get our staff as their private tour guide/concierge desk and we'll make sure everything runs smoothly. We'll help them to relax and enjoy the benefits of being in Whistler after a productive day of meetings. Our experience, contacts and creativity along with our relentless attention to detail will enable us to provide you with the best possible corporate trip.

The Whistler valley is home to many different activities. We have extensive knowledge of all of them and can suggest the appropriate ones for your group. While VIP never forgets that the real reason for your trip is business, our strive to ensure that the outing is true value for money and tremendous fun.
It's important to note that if we arrange your accommodation then we don't normally have to charge any additional fees for all of our services. (Depending on the complexity of the program and the number of room nights booked).
