Why Recommended

Le Chamois Whistler has a great location at the base of Blackcomb. The new upgrades are definitely a nice touch. If you don't need the luxury of one of the large full service hotels and want something with a little more value than this might be your choice. The jacuzzi tubs in the studios are a nice touch and the pull down Murphy beds (rather than a pullout couch) in the 1 bedrooms make it a perfect choice for two single people. There’s quite a range in quality in the units, but we’ll make sure you get a good one!

Location

Le Chamois Whistler is a ski-in/ski-out suite style property, located at the base of Blackcomb. It is right in the heart of the upper village with many shops and restaurants right out its door. The hotel itself is home to two great restaurants; Thai One On, and La Rua. This hotel is all about value and has a great location that is both ski-in ski-out and at village elevation.

Rooms

The studios and 1 bedrooms each have a convenience kitchen with a fridge, microwave, sink, dishes and kettle, but no burners. The hotel’s facilities include a heated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub and fine dining at La Rua restaurant. They have recently been upgrading some of the common areas such as the elevators and lobby.

All of the studio rooms have 2 person jacuzzi tubs in them. Some of the 1 bedrooms have pull-down Murphy beds in living room and 2 bathrooms. The 2, 3 & 4 bedroom units have full kitchens. Some units have daily housekeeping, others don’t. The units vary in terms of the interior furnishings and upgraded units come with Gold Service levels.
