Why Recommended

The Hilton has a fantastic location at the base of Whistler Mountain. They have just finished extensive renovations, so everything in the hotel is brand new. The Hilton is priced slightly lower than the top hotels in the resort, and it offers very good value for a well located, full service hotel. This hotel is the best of the second tier hotels in Whistler. They are offering some good specials at the moment so it is a good chance to check them out.

Location

The Hilton is ideally located at the base of Whistler Mountain, literally across the square from the lifts and amongst the shops & restaurants of the village. The Hilton is home to the popular Cinnamon Bear Lounge which is a fun spot to watch a sporting event or play a game of backgammon while unwinding from your day.  

Rooms

This hotel features a complete excercise room, a swimming pool, hot tubs, a tennis court and is home to the Cinnamon Bear Lounge and Bistro. They have two main room types: Hilton Rooms and Deluxe Studios. The Hilton rooms are typical hotel rooms with either 1 king or 2 double beds. The Deluxe Studios have a queen bed with a kitchenette and a gas fireplace. Deluxe Studios can be adjoined with Hilton rooms which is ideal for families. There are also a limited number of 2 and 3 bedroom suites.

All the rooms were redone in the recent renovation and the bedding and duvets are very comfortable. The large rooms are among the most spacious in Whistler and the hotel has a 24 hr front desk and daily housekeeping.
