The Cascade Lodge Whistler is the best value for your money in Whistler. It is perfect for guests who are willing to trade a ski-in/ski-out location for space and value. Those that are interested in Whistler's shops, restaurants and night life should consider it as you can avoid the walk up the hill to the other ski-in/out locations. While it is close to the action it is set back a bit so noise isn't a problem. Overall it is a great value for a convenient location.

Location

The Cascade Lodge Whistler is located next to the village gates: a 5 minute walk to the slopes. Its location is very close to all the shops and restaurants, but it is set back a bit so noise isn't an issue.  A key thing to note when staying at the Cascade is that there is ski storage at the base of the mountain so you don't have to lug your skis back and forth.

Rooms

The Cascade is not a full service hotel, but works well for those looking to avoid the ski-in/ski-out premium. The spacious one and two bedroom suites have fully equipped kitchen and fireplaces. The studios have a kitchenette but no fireplace.

All the rooms have large picture windows and balconies with great views. They have a combination of studio, one and two bedroom suites in the hotel. It is important to note that they don't offer daily housekeeping.
