New to the village scene, the Adara puts the funk back in Whistler. If you are looking for the new, cool, trendy hotel then this is it. The location is great for people who are looking to be in the center of it all. This hotel is great for the young urban crowd who are trying to get out there and live the Whistler nightlife. It doesn’t hurt that it is also only minutes from the slopes. If you want to try something different then you should come on out and try the Adara Hotel.

Location

This designer boutique hotel is located right in the middle of the village. The hotel was renovated during the winter of 2006 so it will be fully operational by the 2007 winter season.  It is located right across from the Whistler conference centre next to the Bearfoot Bistro.

Rooms

The rooms are spacious and have a convenience kitchen with bar fridge, microwave, tea maker & martini shaker. The rooms have very unique features such as floating fireplaces, sheepskin throws, flatscreen TVs, rain showerheads, coffee bodums, bathrobes and each room has an iPod docking system with charger. Breakfast is included in the lobby each morning which is a great way to start off your day.

The Adara features standard hotel rooms, lofted studios, 1 & 2 bedroom suites. Each room comes with a gas fireplace and convenience kitchen. The bedding is either king or two queen beds depending on the room type. They offer daily housekeeping and turndown service.
