Why Recommended

Stoney Creek Whistler doesn’t carry the ski-in ski-out premium which means they are perfect for the value conscious guest. The complex has a swimming pool which is fun for the kids. The 5 minute walk to the lifts really isn’t a big deal and they offer very convenient access to the shops and restaurants in village. Stoney Creek works well for those who don't want to pay the ski-in/ski-out premium but are still looking for a convenient village location.

Location

Stoney Creek Whistler is located in the main village, 5-7 minutes walk from the lifts. They are very close to all the shops and restaurants, but are set back a bit so noise is not a problem. There are 3 complexes in Stoney Creek: Sunpath, Lagoons and Northstar.  With Sunpath being the closest, the logoons are in the middle, and Northstar is the furthest from the lifts. The free shuttle bus stops right outside the complex and there is ski and boot storage at the base of the mountain so getting around is fairly easy.

Rooms

The Sunpath and Northstar complexes both have a communal pool and hot tub area. All of the units in Stoney Creek come with a full kitchen, gas fireplace and a separate living area.

There is a large variety of unit sizes within the complex with the smallest being a studio and the largest being a 3 bedroom unit. There is also a large number of units within each complex which makes it a good option for groups or family retreats. Some units have private hot tubs.
