Why Recommended

Mountain Star offers a very quiet, rustic location with luxurious amenities. They work well for parties of 5 or 6 who are planning on spending a lot of time in their units. There are also quite a few units available for rent so if you have multiple families they are a good choice. They are close to the slopes and the free shuttle to the village stops right in front, so it is quite easy to get around. Your VIP guide will deliver all your groceries and will drive you down to the village, so if you are into views, peace and quiet, heated floors and hot tubs, Mountain Star is a good choice.

Location

Mountain Star is located just off the slopes of Blackcomb mountain, at the highest point in the upper village. They have a ski-in access and the ski-out is a 1 minute walk away. The free village shuttle stops right outside of the complex and it is less than a 2 minute drive down the hill to the village.

Rooms

Mountain Star is built on a ridge and their balconies offer panoramic views of the village and surrounding mountains. They all have private hot tubs on their balcony and have a very rustic feel. These spacious units all have designer kitchens with extra touches such as heated slate floors.

The complex has mostly 3 bedroom units with 2.5 bath, although there is the occasional 2 bedroom with den unit as well.
