Service levels
Each of the properties that we recommend has been divided into one of three corresponding service levels that will be provided by your personal VIP guide; Silver, Gold and Platinum. The level of service that our guests receive is determined by the property that they book. It is possible to have 2 different service levels within one property as some units have been newly renovated or upgraded and are priced as such. The following is an outline of the different service levels:
Silver Guiding Service:
- Full support of VIP office prior to arrival: arrangement of airport transfers, lift tickets, dinner reservations, non-skiing activities etc
- Personal meet & greet upon arrival & resort orientation
- 24/7 access to a support guide who can answer any questions, make any changes to itinerary and solve any issues that may arise
- Free grocery delivery upon arrival
It's easy to compare VIP's varying service levels with the various options that exist when choosing what type of flight to book.
VIP's Silver Service is equivalent to flying on a scheduled flight and getting a good isle seat. The service is much better than on a charter or low cost airline and the price is very reasonable.
VIP's Gold Service is equivalent to flying in Business Class. The accommodation is more comfortable and you get added bonuses such as a day of ski guiding and daily visits from your guide- just like the extra service you'd expect while flying business class.
VIP's Platinum Service is equivalent to flying in First Class or on a private jet. You pay a premium, but you end up with the best of the best in all aspects of your holiday.
