Spring!? It's more like winter out here in Whistler! We've had over 13m of snow (44 feet) and the snow base is currently 406cm. And to top it off our Easter guests are enjoying sunny skies- Absolutely ideal conditions!

We've received over 342cm on snowfall so far in March and it's still dumping as we speak! The season has been extended to May 28th- gotta go ski some POW!

In VIP's 13 years in Whistler we don't think we have ever seen this much snow at once- 185cm in 1 week and it's still snowing! We can now guarantee snow until June!!

The snow keeps coming! 46cm in 48 hrs (1cm/hr!) and 81 this week- Whistler's snowbase is over 300cm for 1st time this year!

The current storm cycle is ending today with sun coming out in Whistler tomorrow and for the rest of the week. Then more snow the following week… Snow, Sun, Snow!

We've had over 70cm of snow here in Whistler in the past week and there's plenty more in the forecast. It's more than spring skiing out here- still full on winter!

Fantastic conditions today with the alpine opening up after 2 days of storm.  The resort is in full swing with lots of smiley faces out there today.  Sunshine is coming for the New Years.  Have a good one wherever you are!!
