In the summer Whistler is home to some of the finest signature golf courses in the world. There are 3 world class golf courses right in the valley and then another 5 courses within a 1hour drive of the resort. If you are looking for a chance to golf some fantastic mountain ranges while staying in world class accommodations then you have found the right spot. We can set up an itinerary for you that would allow you to maximize the golf specials and get you the right tee times for your stay. The five main course are outlined below:

The Nicklaus North Golf Course:

Nicklaus North is the only golf course in the world to bear the name of its legendary designer. It is 6,908-yard, par 71 gem framed by snow-capped peaks and glacier-fed lakes. The course weaves between ancient fir trees and blends seamlessly with the incredible natural surroundings. It contains all the hallmarks of classic Nicklaus design, from the trademark bunkering to long, challenging par threes and is a must-play for any golfer visiting Whistler.

The Chateau Whistler Golf Course:

Creeks, ponds, stands of ancient Douglas firs and granite rock faces are testimony to the fact that this stunning course closely mirrors the surrounding area's natural terrain. With over 400 feet in elevation change, the course offers dramatic play in a classic mountain golf setting. Golf Digest Magazine awarded the 6,635-yard, par 72 signature course "Canada's Best New Golf Course for 1993". This course is a signature Trent Jones course. The Whistler Golf Course:

Chosen by Arnold Palmer as the site for his first Canadian design, the Whistler Golf Club exceeds the expectations of the most discriminating golfer. Using the natural contours of the region, the creation of intimidating lakes and the redirection of meandering Crabapple creek, Arnold Palmer has created a layout that is challenging for the low handicapper, playable for the occasional player and enjoyable for both! This is the only course in the valley that you can walk and is a great spot for an evening round of golf before heading into town for dinner.

Big Sky Golf and Country Club:

Big Sky Golf and Country Club is a scenic half hour drive from Whistler. But once you play this 7,001-yd, Robert Cupp designed masterpiece, you'll be glad you made the trip. Big Sky unfolds in the looming shadow of Mount Currie, creating awe-inspiring vistas on every hole. This 4 1/2 star-rated layout boasts bent grass from tee to green and is renowned for its course conditions. An industry-leading academy offers practice in a game-like setting and is augmented by an executive nine-hole course. Mountain golf as dramatic as it gets.

Furry Creek Golf Club:

Located 45 minutes north of Vancouver and 45 minutes south of Whistler, Furry Creek is a 6,001 yard, 18-hole masterpiece designed by golf course architect Robert Muir Graves. He has taken advantage of the natural landscape, carving Furry Creek's holes from the wind-swept shores of Howe Sound up into the rugged Coast Mountains. Often referred to as the "Disney Land of Golf", this course is bound to impress you with both its beauty and its level of golf.
