Dog Sledding is one of the truly unique Canadian experiences that is available in Whistler. The team of eight Alaskan huskies pulls a two person sleigh through the spectacular Soo Valley wildlife reserve. You even get a chance to be the musher and drive the sled yourself! All tours include transportation, a drink & snack, and snow boots if you need them. The kids will love the dogs and will talk about the experience for months to come.
Here are the tours we recommend:
Soo Valley - 4 hours long takes you deeper into the backcountry $C325 p/person (based on two people) tours at 9:00am, or 2:00pm;
Woof Pack - 2.5 hours long $C300 per sled (based on two people) tours at 9:30am, 11:00am, 12:30pm, 2:00 & 3:30pm. (Highly recommended)
